Exchange Policy

At Chowk, each piece of Chikankari is a labor of love, handcrafted with precision and care. Due to the unique nature of our products and the time invested in their creation, we don't accept returns for refunds.

We understand that sometimes a garment might not fit perfectly. Therefore, we offer exchanges only for size-related issues under the following conditions:


Exchange Eligibility

  • Size Exchanges Only: We facilitate exchanges exclusively for sizing discrepancies.
  • Unused Condition: Your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Timely Request: Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: To request a size exchange, please email us at shopchowkshop@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need.
  2. Customer Sends Back Parcel: Once your exchange request is approved, you'll be responsible for sending the parcel back to us at the address provided below. Please ensure the garment is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Exchange Outcome

  • Size Availability: If the desired size is available, we'll dispatch the new garment to you after receiving and inspecting the original item.
  • Credit Note: In the event your requested size isn't available, we'll issue a credit note for the value of your purchase. This credit note can be used for future purchases on our website.
  • No Cash Refunds: Please note, no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your piece immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at shopchowkshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll promptly evaluate the issue and work to make it right.


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made pieces.
  • Sale Items: Any items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price.
  • Sample Pieces: Items designated as sample pieces are final sale.
  • Gift Cards: These are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
