At Chowk, we're dedicated to ensuring your handcrafted Chikankari pieces reach you safely and efficiently. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order is placed. During peak seasons or sales, processing times might be slightly longer.

For custom orders, please note that due to the intricate nature and personalized craftsmanship, these items will be shipped within 35-40 days from the date of order confirmation.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable courier services to deliver your orders.

  • Domestic Shipping (within India):

    • Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping:

    • We currently offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. If you're interested in placing an international order, please email us at shopchowkshop@gmail.com, and we'll be happy to assist you with shipping options and costs.


Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping within India is free of cost for all orders.

  • International Shipping: Charges for international shipping will be calculated on an actual basis depending on the destination and package weight. You will be informed of these charges when you inquire about international orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.


Important Shipping Notes

  • Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Recipient Availability: Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address. If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available, they may leave a notification or attempt redelivery. Repeated delivery failures might lead to the parcel being returned to us, in which case re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Unforeseen Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, please understand that unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, public holidays, or courier service disruptions might occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

  • Multiple Items: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure efficient delivery. You'll receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.
